Consumer Complaint Policy
Once a complaint is submitted, it will be forwarded to the Operations Manager of Fortune Title Agency, Inc. You will receive a response within one business day, at which point a member of Fortune Title Agency, Inc. will collect additional information, provide status, or provide a resolution. Our goal is to resolve any complaint within 3-5 business days.
